Our insurance agent recommended this company to me to reconstruct and renovate a bathroom in our rental property after we had extensive water damage from a shower pan leak. Because we live on the east coast and this home is on the west coast, many problems could have come up in dealing with this problem long distance but the owner of this company kept in close contact as the work was being done and he made great recommendations on flooring and shower tile ideas etc. I would highly recommend this business.

Dave and crew came out at time promised fix the pipe leak ,tore out all the wet drywall Replaced the drywall textured, painted perfect job cleaned up everything,kept me informed of everything that was being done, All workers Very professional, great price, I give them 100% satisfaction, Would definitely use them again and recommend EMS Restoration & Construction to all.

From start to completion; My home had a water leak from the inside the walls; My insurance Farmers suggested EMS; Dave/Lead Man called & maintained daily honest/excellent professional communication throughout the process including the dry out, demolition, packing the house taking special care of my belongings, restoration; cleaning up; trash removal; replacement of house contents;EMS agreed to upgrade carpet to an excellent quality laminate with no extra charge; I would recommend EMS- Dave & his Techs
